A new era in KBS fitting that brings to the public our first Graphite Putter high performance shaft, made from Premium Crafted Composite Materials & Fibers to ensure stability, and accuracy on the greens. Designed as a low torque performance shaft that results in minimizing deflection bend commonly found in traditional steel putter shafts on longer putts, along with better distance control and ensuring the ball starts on its desired line. KBS GPS Graphite Putter Shaft incorporates a material that produces the unique and superior feel only felt in KBS Golf Shafts. Stiff without adding increased weight, graphite putter shafts can help the face from “turning” when a putt is struck toward the heel/toe. That will increase any putter’s moment of inertia (MOI) making your putting more controlled on mis-hits. Most items will ship the next day although our handling time is listed at two days. We have most items on hand, but there are times we need to order which pushes the handling time back one day.

FAQ's
Q: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer?
A: Yes, we have accounts with all of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM.
Q: Why does the adapter you sent look different than the one that came with my club?
A: A lot of adapters are universal, but they do change cosmetically from year to year. For example, if you have an SIM driver and the adapter looks different, it is just from a different model such as the SIM 2.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. There are free returns if there is an error on our part. We will still accept a return if you decide to return an item because it doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. If that is the case, we will pay for the return shipping up front, but deduct that cost from the amount we refund back to you. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any custom built item as this can no longer be listed as “new”.
Q: Do you have .........?
A: If there is an item you need and we don't currently have it listed, there is a good chance we can get it as we have accounts with all of the major brands. Just send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Lincoln, NE. Because we are in the middle of the US, items usually arrive quicker than estimated.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we participate in eBay's global shipping program.
Q: Where is my item?
A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day. If we have to order there is a possibility that the item is backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to communicate with you.
A: If your item has shipped and seems to be “lost” in the mail system, contact USPS/FedEx/UPS. We have no control over packages when they leave our possession. We have just as much information as you do when looking at tracking.
Q: Will you expedite shipping at my cost?
A: We will do everything we can to accommodate this request. However, if the item does not arrive on time and we shipped as promised, we will not be held responsible.
