The Mizuno Pro TN-87 irons were released in 1988. The “TN” stands for Tommy Nakashima, who at one point was the number 1 player on the JPGA Tour. These irons are considered to be some of the best shaped and best feeling irons ever made by Mizuno. This set of irons consist of a copper under layer below a nickel chrome mirror finish and is made of mild steel (S25CM).
